Project overview

Podme’s vision is to enrich people’s everyday lives by taking podcast entertainment to its full potential all over the nordics. Podme is a fast growing company who wanted to strengthens its investment in data-driven growth and data and choose Ulv as a partner. An initial collaboration in attribution and data strategy was expanded to become significantly more in-depth to scale Podme’s growth and way of working digitally.

Project execution

Podme has established a unique business model that has quickly become popular with podcast listeners. With the collaboration with Ulv, Podme wanted to create conditions for more people to pay attention, test and thus experience the benefits of a platform that offers ad-free and exclusive podcast content. Ulv began working to improve current attribution and data collection. When we had a clear visualisation and could follow up on Podmes KPI:s, we started working with digital marketing with a omni channel approach across the Nordic markets. We also saw the importance of having Marketing Automation and continue to test and optimise all marketing automation flows as well as increase conversion rates by doing A/B tests on the web.


With strong digital growth together, our partnership has grown, and together, we have many strong and clear roadmaps and projects about how to scale Podme in both existing and new markets, many that we’re actively working on together on a daily basis. Digital growth based on best practice in marketing technology and the use of data has been a successful factor for Podme with ambitions to grow fast and we look forward to a strong and rewarding collaboration moving forward.

Working with PodMe has given us the possibility to stay on top of our toes to always deliver what is expected (or as we want to, exceed expectations), this by having regular follow ups of projects and KPIs so that we together can continue to challenge each other to do better.

We started out with Sweden as a market, but quickly expanded to both Norway and Finland. This has been a very collaborative partnership across Ulv and Podme. Working with PodMe’s CTO, CMO, Technology team, Marketing team and Creative team, not to mention Schibsted to continuously find new ways of delivering on AI, data and advisory.

‍Also, having successfully transitioned from several different agencies within Paid Social, Paid Search, Marketing Automation, CRM and data – we’ve built what we at Ulv  believe is the ultimate form of partnership. Efficient, effective and agile.
